Before carrying out any massage, I always make my intentions known by checking that my client can have a massage. I encourage them to choose the type of essential oil they prefer, be it lavender or an alternative. I then allow the gentle music to induce a state of relaxation while my skills and hands are left to gently take away the stress & ease the aches and pains away.
